Tyler Johnson and Justise Winslow both have been jolts of energy off the Miami Heat bench.
“I never thought that Tyler Johnson would step up into the kind of role he has right now,” the Sun Sentinel’s Ira Winderman says on the Big O Show, “Justise Winslow and Tyler Johnson are making Mario Chalmers look better. All of a sudden it’s an energy second unit, and Josh McRoberts is finding his place a little bit more. What we saw in the preseason was the entire second unit with Gerald Green’s offense. What we’re seeing now is a team making adjustment due to circumstance, and that adjustment really paid off on Sunday.
