Carmelo Anthony revealed on Paul George's Podcast P, Presented by Wave Sports + Entertainment, on Monday that he and LeBron James had talks about joining forces during his career, but could never quite settle on the location.
He also believed pairing with James, Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh wouldn't have worked out, at least during his prime years:
"At that time, I wasn't ready to go partner and team up with nobody," Anthony said. "Because I was building my own s--t in Denver. So to leave my own s--t and team up with somebody.
