Two months after suffering a fractured jaw during the Orlando Summer League tournament, Miami Heat shooting guard Tyler Johnson has been cleared to return to basketball activities.

Miami has shown faith in the promising second year guard by partially guaranteeing his contract and trading away Norris Cole, Zoran Dragic and Shabazz Napier since Johnson was brought onboard during last season from the Sioux Falls Skyforce.
