The Miami Heat continue to operate like a team planning on selecting in the first round of the 2015 NBA Draft, with Heat President Pat Riley and his staff in Spain scouting international prospects.
While the Heat will not know until the random-but-weighted May 19 draft lottery whether they will retain their pick, with a nine-percent chance of it going to the Philadelphia 76ers if it falls beyond No. 10, Riley nonetheless pushed forward with the scouting trip with Assistant General Manager Adam Simon and Vice President of Player Personnel Chet Kammerer.
