The Miami Heat may decide to run with a 14-man roster to begin the 2015-16 season as a way to reduce their tax bill and look at many options for the last spot on the squad. If Miami takes that route, there is a good chance forward James Ennis will be waived when the team sets the opening night roster. From Barry Jackson of The Miami Herald:
