Thanks to standout games by Willie Reed and Shabazz Napier, the Miami Heat beat the Los Angeles Clippers 87-85 to take first place in the Orlando Summer League standings Wednesday night.
Reed, who has stood out for the Heat in Orlando, scored 17 points, grabbed seven rebounds and blocked four shots in the win.
Napier, who got the start after missing most of summer league play, scored 14 points and had six assists in an impressive performance. James Ennis also had 14 points, including going 9-of-10 from the line, in the win.
