While this past week was rather brief due to the All-Star Break, Dion Waiters still played quite well despite coming off an ankle injury. In fact, the 25-year-old showed pretty much no rust whatsoever and led the team in points per game (23.0), assists per game (6.5) and usage rate (29.0 percent) over the last two outings. In particular, Waiters did the bulk of his damage on pull-up jumpers, as he shot 8-of-11 (72.7 percent) on such looks this past week. That said, he also created for his teammates off the dribble and pushed the pace whenever the opportunity presented itself.
