Season Rundown:
After beginning the season with the Sioux Falls Skyforce, Okaro White earned his keep with two 10-day deals in January and a longer contract with the HEAT in February.
From the very beginning, White made sure his presence was felt on both ends of the floor. Take for instance Jan. 23 against the Warriors when the forward drew a key offensive foul on Klay Thompson with 2:26 left in the fourth and Miami up five. Then in the very next game against the Nets, White came through in crunch time once again. Not only did he swat Brook Lopez late in the fourth and guard multiple guys, but he also hit a clutch three that gave the HEAT a 102-101 lead with 58.
