The Miami Heat will likely have a top 10 pick in the upcoming NBA Draft, and Pat Riley and the gang are doing their due diligence by taking a trip to Spain, per a South Florida Sun-Sentinel report, presumably to scout a pair of international prospects projected to go in the lottery.
There are two Spanish League prospects who recently declared for the NBA Draft. Kristaps Porzingis, a 7-foot-1 power forward who has been compared to Dirk Nowitzki; and Mario Hezonja, a 6-foot-8 shooting guard. Both are likely top-10 picks who could slot nicely in Miami’s rotation.
