Moe Harkless signs with Heat

ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski reported Saturday that the Miami Heat signed free agent forward Moe Harkless to a one-year, $3.6 million contract — the biannual exception. Wojnarowski reported that Harkless turned down other lucrative offers to have a significant role on the Eastern Conference champions.

The news of Harkless’ signing immediately drew speculation that Jae Crowder will not re-sign with the Heat.
