Playoff Tickets - Mobile Ticket Entry Only
Single game tickets purchased via Ticketmaster.com or through the HEAT’s official resale site are available by mobile ticket entry only. These tickets may not be printed. You will display these purchased tickets on your phone as you enter the Arena.
How to use Mobile Ticketing
Once you have made your ticket purchase, you may access your tickets at any time by logging into your account at Ticketmaster.com.
Even better you can access your tickets though the “My Tickets” section of the Miami HEAT Mobile App HEAT Mobile App by entering your email address and password that you used to purchase your single game tickets.
