Before helping the Miami Heat run off 13-straight wins, Okaro White was a D-League standout for the team’s affiliate the Sioux Falls Skyforce. While the Heat don’t have any players participating in the NBA’s All-Star events, White is playing in the D-League All-Star game.
During the game, White showed off an impressive windmill dunk.
It’s partly due to this athleticism that White is no longer in the D-League. The Heat signed White to a two-year contract after he played out a pair of 10-day deals. The Heat went 13-0 in White’s first 13 games, before dropping two straight to the Philadelphia 76ers and Orlando Magic.
