The Miami Heat have been attempting to unleash a better offensive team in the past few weeks to overcome their recent woes, finally getting a win against the New York Knicks to cement a 24-24 record. As the Knicks continue their tanking season, their 10-38 record screams, “we want Zion.”
Fittingly so, Wayne Ellington, who has only played in 6 of the Heat’s last 24 games, was the reason the Heat were able to get to a .500 record with the Tyler Johnson ankle injury. Ellington ended up with 19 points on 6-13 from the field and 4-11 from downtown, ending the game with 8 points in the last final minutes of the game.
