The Miami Heat (18-12) blew a 58-44 halftime lead on Monday night, falling 111-105 to the Brooklyn Nets (9-22), unable to keep up their winning streak. The Heat, who went on a 14-2 run to close out the first half, completely fell apart at the start of the third quarter and were unable to make up for it down the line.
Both Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh scored 24 points (on a career high 5-of-5 in 3-point shooting), with Bosh grabbing 12 rebounds and Wade dishing out 6 assists. Hassan Whiteside also had a good game, finishing with 18 points, 11 rebounds and 5 blocks.
