The Miami Heat signed 6’5″ guard Charles Cooke to a 10-day contract on Friday afternoon, per Shams Charania. Cooke most recently played for the Heat’s G-League affiliate, the Sioux Falls Skyforce.
The 24-year-old Cooke has played 37 games with Sioux Falls this season. He started 22 of them and averaged 31 minutes per outing. Cooke scored 14.2 points per game and added four rebounds, 2.2 assists and 1.1 steal for the Skyforce.
Cooke was undrafted in the 2017 NBA draft and played sparingly in 13 games with the New Orleans Pelicans in the 2017-18 season after signing with that organization as an undrafted free agent.
