Miami Heat: Preview vs. the Kawhi-less Toronto Raptors

The eighth-seeded Miami Heat will play host to the Toronto Raptors on Sunday. The Raptors will rest Kawhi Leonard due to load management. This is a practice they usually follow on the second half of back-to-back games, but in this case they’ll be resting him on the front end which could allow him to play Monday night against the Cleveland Cavaliers.

The Raptors are 13-5 without Leonard in the lineup, a winning percentage of 72.2 which is almost identical to their overall winning percentage of 71.2, so rest or not, the visitors are no pushovers.

The Raptors are 2-0 against the Heat so far this season, but Kawhi Leonard played both of those games.
