Miami Heat officially sign free agent forward Derrick Williams

Miami had already announced his signing yesterday along with those of fellow free agents Wayne Ellington and James Johnson, in addition to re-signing veterans Udonis Haslem and Tyler Johnson along with the acquisition of Luke Babbitt from the New Orleans Pelicans.

Williams' one year deal is worth $5 million, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of The Vertical.
