With guys like Ray Allen and Mike Miller leaving the past couple of years, and LeBron James no longer around to create wide open shots, the Miami Heat struggled with 3-point shooting this season. They were in the bottom seven of the NBA in 3-point shooting percentage, and made about as many 3s per possession as poor shooting teams like the New Orleans Pelicans and New York Knicks.
During his end-of-season press conference, Pat Riley mentioned that he may be looking to add a wing player this offseason. Via Barry Jackson of the Miami Herald:
