Miami Heat Might Look at Adding Help on Perimeter

With guys like Ray Allen and Mike Miller leaving the past couple of years, and LeBron James no longer around to create wide open shots, the Miami Heat struggled with 3-point shooting this season. They were in the bottom seven of the NBA in 3-point shooting percentage, and made about as many 3s per possession as poor shooting teams like the New Orleans Pelicans and New York Knicks.

During his end-of-season press conference, Pat Riley mentioned that he may be looking to add a wing player this offseason. Via Barry Jackson of the Miami Herald:

“While we felt we might have had enough on the perimeter, that might be an area where we look.
