Nearly one year after returning his talents to Cleveland, LeBron James sold his Coconut Grove home for $15 million, according to Gossip Extra.
After purchasing the home in 2010 for $9 million, James was initially asking $17 million but the price was reduced when they realized nobody wanted to live in the home of a quitter “it became apparent it was overpriced.”
Amenities include the celebrity regulars — a wine cellar, home theater, elevator, dock, infinity pool, gigantic kitchen, luxury office, etc.
