MIAMI, September 04 – The Miami HEAT announced today that they have signed guard Davon Reed. Per club policy, terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Reed, who was drafted by the Phoenix Suns in the second round (32nd overall) in the 2017 NBA Draft, split last season between the Indiana Pacers and the Fort Wayne Mad Ants of the NBA G League. He appeared in 34 games (all starts) with the Mad Ants last season and averaged 13.9 points, 6.2 rebounds, 3.0 assists, 1.35 steals and 34.5 minutes while also appearing in 10 games with the Pacers totaling 12 points, six rebounds, three assists and a steal in 47 minutes of action, shooting 41.
