The former Heat swingman has expressed a willingness to return but no deal has been offered as of yet.
Former Miami Heat first round pick Dorell Wright is eager for a reunion with the team that drafted him out of high school back in 2004 but so far that feeling hasn't been mutual.
Wright, who has remained close friends with Dwyane Wade through his tenure in Miami and after he moved on by signing with the Golden State Warriors as a free agent in 2010, is a solid veteran who is still only 29-years-old but would seemingly have little opportunity to play major minutes behind Luol Deng and Justise Winslow along with Gerald Green and possibly James Ennis off the bench.
