The Miami HEAT hosted a HEAT Youth Basketball Clinic presented by Gatorade at CARE Elementary School on Wednesday, January 18th. HEAT Players, James Johnson and Rodney McGruder, joined former Miami HEAT Trainer, Ron Culp, inconducting the clinic. In-Arena Host, Uptown Dale, as well as the Miami HEAT Dancers andHEAT Mascot, Burnie, also joined them. The event included a basketball clinic on the basicskills of the game and a discussion of the importance of fitness and a healthy lifestyle with about100 students from CARE Elementary. CARE Elementary is committed to quality instruction by dedicated teachers and an engaging common core curriculum with the ongoing support of volunteers.
