Tis’ the season to spread holiday cheer and that is exactly what your Miami HEAT did at two local children’s hospital’s on December 12th. The Miami HEAT teamed up with presenting sponsor FedEx Express and supporting sponsor FOX Sports Sun to host the HEAT Holiday Hospital Visits at Baptist Children’s Hospital and Holtz Children’s Hospital at UM/Jackson Memorial Medical Center.
“This game is a beautiful game but our lives are bigger than basketball,” said Justise Winslow. “To be able to come here and see these families, to see these kids and bring a little joy, it means a lot to them and it means a lot to us.
