The Miami Heat are set to begin Summer League tonight, August 3, with a game against the Los Angeles Lakers at 8pm EST on ESPN 2 as part of the California Classic tournament in Sacramento.
The back-to-back set continues tomorrow with a game against the Golden State Warriors. From there the team travels to Las Vegas for the MGM Resorts NBA Summer League tournament, with their first game scheduled for Sunday, August 8 against the Denver Nuggets.
Former Heat player and current assistant coach Malik Allen will serve as the head coach during Summer League play.
