Sioux Falls Skyforce coach and Heat assistant Phil Weber will join former colleague Alvin Gentry’s coaching staff in New Orleans.
After one season coaching the Sioux Falls Skyforce, the Miami Heat’s D-League affiliate, Phil Weber will join Alvin Gentry’s coaching staff with the New Orleans Pelicans, according to Yahoo’s Adrian Wojnarowski.

Weber served as the coach of the Skyforce for just one season, and led them to a 29-21 record and a first round loss in the playoffs.
