The Miami HEAT defeated the Washington Wizards 97-75 Sunday night at Verizon Center. Chris Bosh led the way for the HEAT with 23 points.
1. Bosh Efficient Again
From the start, Bosh was very aggressive against the Wizards. For a majority of the game, he attacked off the pick-and-pop and pick-and-roll. He continued to show his budding chemistry with Goran Dragic and also worked well with Beno Udrih. Thanks to Bosh’s balanced approach, he put a lot of pressure on Washington’s defense and shot 8-of-15 from the field. While 13 of his 23 points came in the first half, Bosh scored seven straight points to start the fourth and essentially ice the game.
