The Miami HEAT fell to the Los Angeles Lakers 102-100 Wednesday night at Staples Center. Dwyane Wade led the way for the HEAT with 26 points.
1. Wade Owns Crunch Time
While Wade was in attack mode early on against Los Angeles, it was all about what he did late in the game. The 34-year-old scored 12 of his 26 points in the fourth quarter and overtime period thanks to nifty finishes inside and a tough turnaround jumper. Unfortunately, it just wasn’t enough.
Earlier in the contest, Wade found himself matched up with Kobe Bryant a few times.
