1. Eligibility. To be eligible to enter, you must either be: (a) a holder of a mobile ticket (i.e., a ticket that is accessible and valid via mobile phone or tablet) to the Miami HEAT home game to be played on April 20, 2016 (the “Game”) and use such mobile ticket to enter the AmericanAirlines Arena (the “Arena”) for the Game; and/or (b) a resident of Miami-Dade, Monroe, Broward, or Palm Beach County, Florida. Employees of, and the immediate family members of employees of, Miami Heat Limited Partnership, the Miami HEAT, the AmericanAirlines Arena, Basketball Properties, Ltd.
