Thanks to a total team effort, the Miami Heat were able to defeat the Atlanta Hawks 105-87 Sunday night. The Heat had five players score into double digits.
The return of Goran Dragic has clearly helped the team’s offense look more fluid and consistent. Since Dragic came back, the Heat are 2-0 and have scored over 100 points in both games.
The offense has looked better, but the Heat’s perimeter shooting has continued to struggle. Even in the team’s impressive win over the Hawks, they only shot 5 of 20 from long range. The Heat are currently 27 in the league when it comes to 3PT percentage.
