According to Shams Charania of Yahoo Sports the Miami Heat are planning to sigh Derrick Jones Jr. to a two way deal.

The Miami Heat plan to sign former Suns forward Derrick Jones Jr. on a two-way NBA contract, league sources say.

That means he’ll mostly be part of the G-League on the SkyForce. Jones Jr. was a part of the Phoenix Suns for the first month of the NBA season, before being assigned and recalled from the G-League multiple times.
