The Miami Heat have been trying to trade point guard Mario Chalmers all offseason, but they have yet to find a suitor for him.
According to Ira Winderman of The Miami Sun Sentinel, Chalmers has yet to be traded due to "overstuffed training camp rosters," not that there's a lack of interest.
He continued to say that the market for the seven-year veteran will increase injuries happen once the preseason and regular season gets underway.
Miami wants to get rid of Chalmers to lower their luxury tax bill, and his expiring $4.3 million contract makes him a valuable trade asset.
