The Miami Heat are trying to deal backup point guard Norris Cole at the trade deadline, and the Oklahoma City Thunder appear to be willing to make a deal, according to Yahoo's Adrian Wojnarowski.
However, that's reliant on a separate deal between the Thunder and Nets that would send Reggie Jackson to Brooklyn and Brook Lopez to Oklahoma City. OKC would then have a need for a backup point guard, and Cole would fill that void.
Miami has also reportedly offered Cole and two first-round picks to the Phoenix Suns in exchange for point guard Goran Dragic, but the Suns are holding out.
The Heat are also trying to add Danny Granger into any deal that involves Cole.
