In today's Heat news update, after losing Game 1 of the 2014 NBA Finals to the San Antonio Spurs, 110-95, the current focus of the Miami Heat seems to be squarely on the health of superstar LeBron James.
After suffering through boiling temperatures after the air conditioning malfunctioned at AT&T Center in San Antonio, James was sidelined for the majority of the last seven and a half minutes with extreme cramps.
Per Marc J. Spears of Yahoo! Sports, that didn't stop James from trying to get back in the game.

After being told he wasn't coming back in, James felt bad about the fact that he couldn't help his teammates.
"It sucks not being out there for your team, especially at this point of the season," LeBron said.

However, James' physical problems during the game completely ruled out any possible return.
