The Miami Heat have moved on from the LeBron James era in impressive fashion so far to start this 2014-15 NBA season, but questions about LeBron's new (old) digs in Cleveland are still finding their way to the ears of his former teammates in South Beach.
Dwyane Wade, when asked about the Cleveland Cavs' early struggles to piece things together, made it clear that he doesn't expect LeBron and his new teammates to flounder for long.
“He has all the tools he needs,” Wade said, via Joe Goodman of the Miami Herald. “We’ve been through it together where we ran into struggles as a team. You’re going to do that in the season whether it’s in the beginning of the season, or sometimes in the middle or sometimes at the end. He’s a four-time MVP. He’s a two-time champion. I’m sure he’ll figure it out as a leader.”
Many forget that LeBron's first season with the Miami Heat didn't exactly start out according to plan. The then new-Big 3 of James, Wade, and Chris Bosh took time to slot into their roles as Miami sputtered to a 9-8 start.
The rest, as they say, was history. So, as Wade indicates above, there's likely very little to worry about when it comes to James.
