For years, fans of the Miami Dolphins have begged for Stephen Ross to stop making bad decisions, for him to stay out of all things football and just find someone who could become the football czar, akin to what John Elway is to the Denver Broncos.
They've wanted someone to take full control of football operations and stop the madness that is this conglomerate of different ideas and visions all meshing together to make this one disgusting soup that is in desperate need of throwing away.
Well in 2016, Ross will more than likely be handing over the keys to Mike Tannenbaum, and the Dolphins will begin their transformation into whatever the former New York Jets GM has in mind.
