The Miami Dolphins have lost two former players in the last week. First, former CB Robert Sowell passed away in his early 50’s and two days ago former offensive lineman Damion Cook passed away at the age of 36.
Cook, who passed away on Friday, died of a heart attack. The Nashville, Tn native played off and on for seven seasons in the NFL after being undrafted in 2002. Cook joined the Miami Dolphins in 2002 during the off-season but did not make the roster. He played for Baltimore, Cleveland, and Detroit over the seven seasons.
Robert Sowell however did make the Dolphins roster.
