Tua Tagovailoa carted off the field with a potential serious hip injury

Earlier today, the consensus best overall quarterback prospect, Tua Tagovailoa, was injured and may miss the rest of the season and also will likely need surgery.

There has been no official word on the extent of Tagovailoa’ injury but it is reported as a hip subluxation. Reporters on the field said that he was vocally in pain when the training staff lifted him to the cart to take him off the field. A broken hip is one of the more painful injuries a person can go through.

Some are reporting but for now it is more speculation without certainty that his injury will need to be surgically repaired and he may not be ready for the start of the 2020 season if he declares for the draft.
