According to a report from the Associated Press, Judge Berman has vacated the four-game suspension the league had levied against Patriots' quarterback Tom Brady. The move means Brady will be able to start the regular season, which begins a week from today, with the Patriots as the begin defense of their Super Bowl XLIX championship.
