Miami Dolphins coach Adam Gase says, “The tape don’t lie.”
So The Daily Dolphin gave the game tape a closer look. And here are some things I noticed:
- Don’t take Reshad Jones for granted. It’s easy to expect Jones to make the kinds of plays he made on Sunday against Cleveland, but appreciate it because not all the Dolphins defensive players have the same emotional drive, spirit and — oh yeah — lightning speed and sure tackling skill as Miami’s safety. In the first quarter, Browns running back Duke Johnson caught a third-down swing screen at Cleveland’s 27.
