Xavien Howard missed all of the Dolphins mandatory minicamp due to him being disgruntled about his contract situation. Howard was in the running for Defensive Player of the Year last season and currently makes less than his teammate, Byron Jones. For the past couple of seasons, Howard has been a rock for the Dolphins defense but if they cannot get this contract figured out there is the potential that Howard could end up being traded away.
