One of the longest tenured Dolphins will not be returning next season. The team is planning to release Bobby McCain, one of the teams veteran players and a team captain. McCain has been with the Dolphins since 2015, when the the team drafted him in the fifth round out of Memphis. Since then, McCain has been nothing but dependable for the Dolphins secondary. The Dolphins figure they can save some cap space with McCain’s release and could potentially be looking at a free agent (Malik Hooker) to add to the roster.
