The Miami Dolphins offense has been pretty successful this season, which is why it will not be surprising to see the offensive coaching staff get some coaching interest around the league. Dolphins offensive coordinator Frank Smith’s name has already been brought up this week as a potential candidate for the Carolina Panthers head coaching job. Smith doesn’t call the plays, but is instrumental in helping Mike McDaniel create a game plan each week. There are bigger names out there on the head coaching market, but Smith should have plenty of opportunities to state his case for a head coaching gig down the road.
