Survival of the fittest for Dolphins starting guard position

BOCA RATON - The Miami Dolphins offensive line has been handcuffed by mediocre offensive guard play for nearly an entire decade, and it appears Adam Gase believes changing the team's approach in the weight room will solve the problem.

Gase, the Dolphins' new head coach, is optimistic that getting the unit stronger could help fortify Ryan Tannehill's pocket.

"Let’s get back to some old-school (techniques). Let’s lift, let’s spend our two hours in the weight room, let’s get these guys bigger and stronger and faster. So that’s been our big focus," Gase said.
