Linebacker Tyrel Dodson is returning to the Miami Dolphins on a two-year contract, a source confirmed to ESPN.
Dodson signed a one-year, $4.2 million deal with the Seattle Seahawks last offseason after spending his first four seasons with the Buffalo Bills but was released after nine games. The Dolphins claimed him on waivers, and he started three of his nine games with the team.
In his first start, Dodson recorded his first career interception -- a one-handed pick against New England Patriots quarterback Drake Maye.
