The news was broke by Ryan Bartow on Twitter. Although Bartow doesn’t say it’s been confirmed it sure sounds like Cameron is moving on from the game of football.
If true it’s not surprising. Cameron has struggled mightily since signing a two-year, $15 million dollar deal with the Miami Dolphins in 2015. His first year as a Dolphin was less-than-spectacular as he went on to catch just 35 passes for 386 and three touchdowns. This past year was much of the same; Cameron caught just eight passes for 80 yards and one touchdown before going on injured reserve due to a concussion.
