The Dolphins needed to add some depth at cornerback or add a starter opposite Brent Grimes. Trae Waynes was selected before the Dolphins could select at 14 and they passed on Kevin Johnson and other cornerbacks that could have made an impact for Miami.
The Dolphins must trust Jamar Taylor or Will Davis to step up.
