The Miami Dolphins have this weekend to make some tough decisions, but those decisions will pale in comparison to the cuts that loom on September 5th. For now the focus is on this weekends game against the Falcons but cuts are mandated by the league on September 1st and the Dolphins, like everyone else will need to get to a 75 man roster.

As of the writing of this post, the Dolphins have 88 players on their roster (MiamiDolphins.com roster). That means they have to shave 13 players from their squad on the first of September.
