Is Phillip Dorsett about to become the first Miami Hurricane drafted in the opening round since Kenny Phillips back in 2008 (31st to Giants)?
A couple of notable NFL analysts think so. Both Todd McShay and Pete Prisco, of ESPN and CBS Sports, respectively, projected Dorsett’s name to be called in the first round in their latest mock drafts.
McShay has Dorsett going to the Saints with the 31st pick while Prisco has him going 19th to the Browns. As for the who they think the Dolphins will select in the first, McShay predicts receiver Breshad Perriman.
