For the second time this offseason, the Philadelphia Eagles have traded up in the NFL Draft, this time moving up to the Cleveland Browns' second-overall position.
The NFL Draft is out of control, and it is still over a week away. The third trade involving top ten picks has happened, with the Philadelphia Eagles, who originally traded up from the 13th position to the Miami Dolphins' eighth position, have now moved up again, this time to the Cleveland Browns' second-overall pick. Sandwiched between the two Eagles' trades was the Los Angeles Rams' move from the 15th overall selection up to the top pick in the Draft, sending several picks to the Tennessee Titans for compensation.
