“The way [Parker] looked in OTAs — again, without pads — yeah, he looks like he’s got the potential to be a number one receiver fairly quickly on this team,” the Sun Sentinel’s Chris Perkins said on the Big O Show. “You combine him with Jarvis Landry and … as far as that receiving core, it’s really bright. Without him, again, I think they’re fairly average.
